Trust and governance

Assurance software should make its own evidence visible.

Xaloreli is designed to preserve source ownership, explain rule outcomes and keep qualified people in control of decisions.

Read-only clinical sources

Clinical records remain under the control of their source systems. Approved write-back is limited to governed findings in the QMS.

Least-privilege access

Role-based permissions, scoped workspaces and time-limited review access reduce unnecessary exposure.

Traceable rules

Rule identity, version, inputs, outcome and reviewer decision are preserved for later inspection.

Source fingerprints

Snapshot fingerprints support reproducibility by recording what each source stated when a check ran.

Data minimisation

The intended model processes only the fields required for the approved assurance purpose and retention period.

Human confirmation

Potential contradictions do not automatically become nonconformances. Authorised people confirm their meaning.

Responsible product boundaries

Current stage

The current interactive workspace is a concept demonstration using synthetic data. Production controls, validation evidence and contractual governance would be completed and assessed within a defined implementation and pilot scope.
